What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all credit card payments via PayPal. It is secure, easy, and convenient. We also accept paper checks and bank wires.
What are your payment requirements?
We require a 50% deposit of the total prior to the start of any project. Depending on the scope of your project, the final balance will usually be due after your final approval of your project. If it is a larger scale project with severable deliverables, payment will be spread into a schedule prior to any deliverables being sent.
How will my files be sent to me?
Files are sent via email or secured download link. Should you prefer your files to be saved on a CD or USB and mailed, a $30 fee should be added to the total cost.
I don't see what I want on your list. Do you provide quotes?
Yes we do! If you do not see the service you seek listed on our service page or if you feel your project is a bit more complex than what our packages offer, simply contact us and explain your project in depth. We would be happy to put together a custom package that works for you and your budget.
I'm just shopping around, am I obligated to accept a quote from you?
Absolutely not. There is no better way to understand the value of what you are getting than to shop around. In fact we encourage it! You are not obligated to accept any quote we offer. If our quote doesn’t work for you or your budget, we can work with you to create something that does. And if it still doesn’t work for you, don’t worry, we’re just happy you stopped by!
Do you print?
Yes we do. Ask us about our print prices. If we design for you, we can also work with your print vendor at no additional charge.
